We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the UAE off-plan property market, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers in the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, new project launches, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with expert advice on property investments and opportunities.
- Assist clients in understanding the purchase process for off-plan properties.
- Attend and represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and developer launches.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Off-Plan Specialist or in a similar real estate role in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan real estate market.
- Strong network of clients and investors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
- Multilingual candidates are a plus.
