We're looking for a high-performing Store Director to lead, build, and grow — from ground zero.

🔸 Your Responsibilities:
• Full ownership of store operations, P&L, and results
• Lead all floor activities, stock, team energy, and performance
• Build your own team — hire, train, and drive results
• Optimize daily trade with buyers, planners & product team
• Track and deliver on KPIs (ATV, UPT, conversion, stock turns)
• Maintain brand identity through layout, styling & grooming

✔️ Experienced Store Manager in women’s fashion (or Assistant SM in high-volume stores)
