Supply Chain Manager

A leading organization in the animal health or pharmaceutical sector is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join its dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled logistics professional who can lead the full spectrum of supply chain activities from procurement through to final delivery. The ideal candidate will be analytical, process-driven, and capable of collaborating across departments to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This role is instrumental in ensuring that the organization maintains a seamless, cost-effective, and reliable supply chain operation in line with its business objectives and industry standards. The Supply Chain Manager will also contribute strategically by identifying improvements in processes and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.

• Ensure effective supplier relationship management, negotiate terms, and monitor performance.

• Oversee and streamline logistics functions to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.

• Maintain accurate inventory control and conduct periodic audits to ensure stock integrity.

• Optimize the use of ERP systems to track materials, inventory levels, and order processing.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, and operations for a synchronized workflow.

• Develop KPIs and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the supply chain's efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.

• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, data analysis, and inventory management tools.

• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

• Prior experience in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
