* Excellent fitting and alteration skills

* High-quality finishing is mandatory

* Clean and precise stitching, inside and outside

* Professional lining, zipper, neckline, sleeve and hem finishing

* Experience handling delicate and premium fabrics

* Ability to follow samples, designs and reference images

* Strong attention to detail and consistent quality
