This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Sourcing Specialist - Arabic Speaker, based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves identifying and sourcing qualified candidates, maintaining a talent database, and building strong relationships with candidates and clients. Responsibilities include using various sourcing techniques, conducting interviews, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring top talent acquisition for the organization.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication skills, including proficiency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to engage and build relationships effectively.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate candidate qualifications and recruitment metrics.
• Expertise in recruiting strategies and procurement processes, with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation to manage agreements and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of sourcing technology and recruitment platforms is advantageous.
• Prior experience in real estate recruitment or similar industries is a plus.
• A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
