Team Leader

K & S Properties has been excelling in real estate since 2020. We have a strong Off-Plan portfolio and are now expanding our Secondary team. We’re seeking an experienced Off-Plan/Secondary Manager to lead our next phase of success.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.

- Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Identify market trends and growth opportunities.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns.

- Lead and train a team of high-performing agents.

- Manage team expectations and performance standards.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience as a Secondary/Off-Plan Manager in UAE real estate.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.

- Industry contacts are a bonus.

-At least 3-4 years of experience working with brokerage company on Manager/ team leader position
