• Manage day-to-day center operations ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Implement and monitor customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Drive sales and revenue initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety standards, and brand guidelines.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Valid UAE Driving License required.
• Strong background and proven experience in Leisure, Entertainment, Edutainment, Hospitality, or Retail.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
