We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Team Leader to manage our team of PROs within the Employment Services division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of UAE government processes, and experience in employment services, HR outsourcing, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of PROs handling all government-related employment services (work permits, visas, labor cards, company registrations, and other government transactions).
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and internal company policies.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure timely processing of all employment and government-related requests.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Resolve escalations and complex issues related to government procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Arabic speaker with excellent English fluency (spoken and written).
• Proven experience managing a team of PROs or in a similar role within Employment Services, HR Outsourcing, or related operations in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government processes, labor laws, and visa regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
