We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader – Soft Services to join our dynamic team within Al Benaa Al Shamel Facilities Management LLC. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing soft services such as housekeeping, cleaning, and support staff operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise soft services teams including cleaning, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with client expectations and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain schedules, duty rosters, and daily task assignments.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Train, motivate, and guide team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to handle requests, feedback, and improvements.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in soft services/facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong knowledge of soft service operations, cleaning protocols, and quality standards.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic are desired.
- Ability to manage a multicultural team efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and ready for immediate joining will be prioritized.
