Technical Manager

Description:

The Technical & Commercial Manager will oversee the technical and commercial aspects of villa construction projects, ensuring project delivery aligns with quality, cost, and schedule expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical and commercial aspects of construction projects, including planning and design strategies.

• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and other technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all project phases.

• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery.

• Address and manage any scope changes through a structured change control process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 15 years in the construction field, with at least 5 years in a similar managerial role.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a government-accredited university.

• Gulf Experience: Proven track record of working in the Gulf region.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with technical design processes, risk management, and project value optimization.
