Star Services LLC, a reputable company specializing in joinery and interior fit-out projects, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time role designed for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in project management and technical oversight within the construction or interior fit-out industries.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing joinery and interior fit-out projects. You will provide technical guidance, design oversight, and ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. The role demands excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic to coordinate effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the technical aspects of projects from planning through execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and specifications are strictly adhered to. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage technical aspects of joinery and interior fit-out projects.

• Provide design oversight and technical guidance throughout project life cycles.

• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions promptly.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.

• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates for senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (mandatory).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery/interior fit-out project management.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex technical tasks.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Ability to provide clear technical guidance and solve problems effectively.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
