Transport Coordinator

Description:

Woodlem Education is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will manage daily school transport operations, maintain high standards of safety and compliance, and act as the central point of contact between drivers, parents and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily school transport operations, route scheduling and student pick-ups/drop-offs.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with UAE transport regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with drivers, parents and school staff to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate transport records, vehicle logs and schedules.
• Monitor driver performance and assist with training, documentation and corrective actions as required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in transport or logistics; school transport experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Good knowledge of UAE transport regulations and vehicle safety requirements.
• Ability to handle parent queries professionally and manage operational challenges promptly.
