7 Seas Matrix Logistics Services LLC is expanding its operations in Jebel Ali Free Zone and is seeking a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support our growing operations team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth warehouse workflows, accurate inventory control, and timely handling of inbound and outbound shipments while coordinating closely with clients and transport partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities to maintain operational efficiency.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
• Maintain precise inventory records and prepare regular stock reports.
• Liaise with clients, transporters, and internal teams to resolve issues and streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures within the warehouse.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing manpower, equipment allocation, and documentation control.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong organizational skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
