Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake premium-quality Arabic cookies and petit four products.

• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and presentation.

• Follow production schedules and recipes accurately.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section.

Requirements:

• Must be available in UAE.

• Proven experience in Arabic cookies and petit four production.

• Strong expertise in Ka'ak sticks and traditional Arabic baked goods.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment.

• Experience in Lebanese or Middle Eastern bakeries is highly preferred.
