Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer ( Energy Sector ) – Middle East Region

Location: Dubai

Industry: Mechanical Equipment, Power, Cooling, Waste Heat Recovery, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new clients across the Middle East and strengthen existing relationships

• Build partnerships with EPC contractors and industry stakeholders

• Support sales activities, bidding processes, and project planning

• Prepare BD strategies and regular progress reports

• Host key clients during HQ visits and ensure strong relationship management

• Build a strong regional partner and agent network

• Achieve annual KPIs and business objectives

Requirements:

• 1+ years in mechanical equipment sales or BD in MENA

• Mechanical Engineering background (mechanical, heat transfer, or related preferred)

• Experience in power, O&G, petrochemical, cooling, or waste heat recovery industries

• Experience working with EPC contractors is an advantage

• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus

• Strong learning ability, presentation skills, and client relationship management

• Based in UAE with valid driving license
