Business Development Officer

QRS Global is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join its field sales team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities within the UAE market.

The successful candidate will represent the company across Dubai, engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers to promote audit, VAT, corporate tax, and accounting services. The role requires a proactive approach to networking, lead generation, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet business owners and key decision-makers across Dubai to generate new business opportunities.

• Develop leads through field visits, networking events, and business meetings.

• Present the company’s audit, VAT, corporate tax, and accounting services to prospective clients.

• Convert qualified leads into signed clients by preparing proposals with the management team.

• Build and maintain referral partnerships with business setup firms and PRO service providers.

• Track sales activities, maintain the business pipeline, and submit weekly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of formal education).

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in Dubai.

• Experience selling audit, tax, or accounting services.

• Established network of UAE business owners and corporate clients.

• Currently based in the UAE with a valid own visa.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment.

• Strong knowledge of:
