Chief Executive Officer

A well-established non-profit organisation in the UAE is looking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director to lead its next phase of growth, partnerships, and regional engagement across the GCC.

The organisation works closely with corporates, strategic partners, donors, and key regional stakeholders, with a strong focus on driving long-term impact and sustainable growth initiatives.

We are looking for a senior Arabic-speaking leader with strong GCC exposure and a proven track record in fundraising, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and organisational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the organisation’s strategic direction, growth agenda, and regional expansion initiatives

• Drive fundraising efforts across corporate sponsors, donors, and strategic partners

• Build and maintain senior relationships across the GCC ecosystem

• Work closely with the Board and leadership stakeholders

• Oversee organisational operations, team leadership, and programme execution

• Represent the organisation externally across industry, government, and partner forums

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience as CEO, Executive Director, Managing Director, or equivalent leadership role

• Arabic speaker is mandatory

• UAE-based candidates only

• Strong GCC market exposure and regional network

• Proven hands-on fundraising experience is mandatory

• Experience within non-profits, foundations, philanthropy, CSR, partnerships, or impact-led organisations is highly preferred

• Candidates from high-growth private sector or technology businesses with strong partnership and fundraising exposure are also encouraged to apply
