Description:
This is not a traditional social-media scheduling role. It is a hands-on creative placement combining trend research, idea development and assisted content creation. You will learn how AK evaluates trends, develops campaign thinking and decides when to use AI, CGI, mixed reality or a simpler social-first format.
What you will do
- Track emerging content, platform and visual trends across beauty, fashion, lifestyle and hospitality.
- Monitor brand launches, creator formats, CGI, AI and mixed-reality campaigns, identifying what is gaining attention and why.
- Prepare a concise weekly trend report with relevant examples and practical recommendations for AK Experience.
- Turn research into content ideas, hooks, reference boards and simple creative treatments.
- Assist with short-form video editing, carousels and lightweight AI-assisted content under creative direction.
- Help organise references, content ideas and performance insights so the agency can act on them quickly.
- Contribute ideas during creative sessions and support selected agency or portfolio content from concept to publication.
What we are looking for
- A current university student or recent graduate in digital media, marketing, communications, film, design or a related discipline.
- A strong visual eye and genuine interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle brands and contemporary internet culture.
- Someone who can explain why a piece of content works, not simply that it is trending.
- Basic experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools or similar content software.
- Interest in AI image and video tools; existing experience is useful but not essential.
- Clear written and spoken English, good organisation and attention to detail.
- The confidence to share ideas, take feedback and improve quickly.
- Availability to work in Dubai three days per week for the full three-month placement.
- Applicants must already hold a valid UAE residence visa, such as a student, freealnce, family-sponsored or Golden Visa. AK Experience does not sponsor visas during the internship. (Employment visa sponsorship will be provided if the intern successfully completes the placement and receives a permanent role, subject to eligibility and approval)
