Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team and support customer experience and daily operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and experienced in handling e-commerce-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries related to website sales
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues
• Assist customers with plan changes, cancellations, and pauses
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates
• Respond to social media messages on Instagram and Facebook
• Support basic marketing tasks and reporting

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• UAE experience preferred
• E-commerce experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational skills and customer-oriented mindset
