We’re recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager to lead premium dining operations in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a dynamic, service-driven professional who can combine operational discipline with creative flair to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Requirements:

• Proven F&B management experience in the UAE with demonstrable success running outlets or food & beverage teams.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) — strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Luxury / fine-dining experience preferred — background in high-end hotels or upscale restaurants will be a strong advantage.
• Hands-on, energetic leadership style — a driven manager who coaches the team, motivates staff, and leads by example.
• Guest satisfaction & operational excellence — a clear focus on service quality, team development, and smooth daily operations.
