We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance efforts. The role involves overseeing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
• Lead the financial planning process, including annual budgets and long-term projections.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage the audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or certifications like CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
