What We’re Looking For:

• At least 10 years of proven experience in healthcare finance.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; CPA/CFA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning efforts including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking through KPIs.

• Financial Management: Oversee all accounting operations including billing processes, insurance claims, and vendor payments.

• Cost Control & Budgeting: Ensure financial efficiency by monitoring budgets and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain strict compliance with VAT regulations and healthcare industry standards, and manage internal and external audits.

• Cash Flow Oversight: Supervise liquidity management, maintain healthy cash reserves, and foster banking relationships.

• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor the finance department staff, monitor performance, and build team capabilities.

• Strategic Support: Act as a financial advisor to senior leadership, contributing to investment strategies and long-term planning.
