Trenkwalder is expanding its CRM & BPO services across the MENA & GCC, and we’re looking for a senior commercial leader to drive our regional growth.

This role is for someone who:

✔️ Has a strong regional network

✔️ Knows CX, Contact Centers, and BPO inside out

✔️ Understands how AI is transforming Customer Experience

✔️ Can own the full sales cycle and close strategic deals

What you’ll do

• Lead business development for CRM / BPO across MENA & GCC
• Leverage your network to open and close new opportunities
• Position Trenkwalder as a strategic, AI-enabled CX partner
• Work closely with delivery and solution teams to ensure success
