Poli Restaurant is looking for a professional and friendly Hostess to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and positive attitude
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with the team to maintain smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, polite, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English ; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Preferably Russian speakers
