Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team in the interiors and industrial fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment and HR operations, preferably within construction, interiors, or related industries.
This role requires strong administrative skills, a deep understanding of UAE Labour Law, and a commitment to fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, administrative, and managerial roles.
- Ensure smooth hiring and onboarding processes with a consistent talent pipeline.
- Manage employee placement and ensure timely joining and mobilisation.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
- Conduct onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
- Ensure all HR documents, contracts, and visa processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain organised employee records, both hard copy and digital.
- Coordinate work permits, labour cards, medical tests, and clearances in line with UAE requirements.
3. Employee Relations & Welfare
- Build strong relationships with employees across all levels.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, especially for blue-collar teams.
- Develop policies and practices that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Organize welfare activities and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labour Law and company policies.
4. Performance Management
- Assist with performance appraisals, goal-setting, and regular feedback sessions.
- Work with line managers to align employee goals with business objectives.
- Maintain performance tracking systems and prepare evaluation reports.
5. Admin & Operational Support
- Oversee general HR administrative functions including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
- Support budgeting, reporting, and HR planning.
- Introduce new initiatives to enhance employee experience and company processes.
6. Compliance & Legal Requirements
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Laws and company policies.
- Manage visa renewals, legal documentation, and free-zone interactions.
- Prior experience with SAIF Zone procedures is an advantage.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all HR and legal matters.
7. Mobility & Site Visits
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for site visits, office coordination, and operational tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably within interiors, fit-out, or construction sectors.
- Proven expertise in recruiting both blue- and white-collar staff.
- Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and visa processes.
- Proficient in MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
