Description:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions at BID LLC. This role exists to build, support, and scale high-performing teams across our creative, technical, and production departments.
Success in this role means hiring the right talent quickly, improving employee retention, and implementing efficient HR systems that support a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1.HR Strategy & Leadership
- Lead HR operations across GCC.
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals while managing day-to-day HR operations.
- Drive organizational design, workforce, and succession planning to ensure business continuity.
2.HR Policies, Compliance & Employee Services
- Implement HR policies and ensure full UAE labour law compliance.
- Manage HR systems, documentation, onboarding/offboarding, visa processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee insurance programs, leave management, salary administration, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits.
3.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead recruitment for technical and creative roles, managing critical hires personally.
- Build talent pipelines and implement structured onboarding programs to support project delivery.
- Ensure flexible workforce planning for project demands.
4.Performance Management & Employee Development
- Manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and feedback processes.
- Oversee probation evaluation for new hires to ensure performance standards are met.
- Identify training needs and oversee learning and development programs.
- Support career growth, promotions, and succession planning.
5.Employee Engagement, Culture & Rewards
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with BID LLC values.
- Lead engagement and wellbeing initiatives, proactively resolving employee issues.
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, incentives, and employee recognition programs.
6.HR Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track HR metrics: time-to-hire, retention, engagement, offer acceptance, and staffing alignment with project timelines.
- Use data insights to improve HR effectiveness and support business objectives.
- Conduct periodic KPI evaluation to measure employee progress with recommendations for performance improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions, ideally within creative, technical, production, or fast-paced project-based organizations. Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage employee wellbeing efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, performance management tools, and HR analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, and multicultural environment.
