Senior HR Manager

Description:

CasTech Middle East is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join its team at the Sharjah head office. This role is suitable for a strong HR professional who can support regional and international operations, develop effective teams, and strengthen HR systems and processes as the organization continues to grow.

The selected candidate will lead strategic HR initiatives, manage workforce planning, improve employee engagement, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and provide HR guidance to management. The ideal candidate should have strong GCC experience and the ability to manage HR operations across diverse business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition activities.

• Oversee performance management, employee development, and training programs.

• Manage compensation and benefits processes.

• Handle employee relations and workplace engagement initiatives.

• Develop and maintain HR policies, compliance procedures, and operational processes.

• Provide HR advisory support to management and leadership teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership HR role.

• GCC experience is required.

• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE and Saudi labour laws.

Arabs& Middle Easterners

• HR policies, compliance, and operations.

• Recruitment and talent management.

• Performance management and employee relations.

• Compensation and benefits practices.

• Multi-country HR experience is preferred.

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sectors will be an advantage.
