Daffodil Ocean Shipping L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Executive – Inventory Control (NVOCC) to join its growing operations team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in shipping and logistics who possess strong knowledge of container inventory management and operational coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring container inventory, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient inventory control processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor container inventory to ensure accurate stock records.

• Coordinate container movements with shipping lines, depots, and operational teams.

• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate documentation and reports.

• Support inventory planning and ensure timely availability of containers.

• Resolve inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.

• Collaborate with internal departments to improve inventory control and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in NVOCC, shipping, or logistics.

• Experience in container inventory management, tracking, and coordination.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage.
