Logistics Coordinator

Description:

A growing organization in Sharjah is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage transportation, shipment tracking, and inventory control while ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating with internal departments, suppliers, and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries and accurate logistics documentation. This position requires strong coordination skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules

• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery execution

• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments

• Prepare shipping documentation and logistics reports

• Track inventory and maintain accurate records

• Resolve logistics and supply chain issues efficiently

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience

• Strong knowledge of transportation and warehousing operations

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• UAE experience preferred
