Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant located in Dubai. The individual will handle front desk responsibilities including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks. The role also involves performing general clerical duties, maintaining office records, and providing outstanding customer service to clients and staff. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the organization and ensure a professional and organized office environment.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette
  • Strong Clerical Skills with the ability to manage records and organize tasks
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in an organized and detail-oriented manner
  • Managing Company Registration and follow-ups
  • Supporting Sales Coordinator for Sale Processing
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools such as MS Office Suite
  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
