• Coordinate with the front-of-house team for seamless guest experiences.
• Manage VIP and special reservations with discretion.
• Train and supervise reservations staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Reservation Manager in a high-end restaurant.
• Previous experience in Dubai is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
