We are looking for a driven, hungry Tele-Sales Agent to join our growing sales team in Dubai. Your primary responsibility is to connect with prospective buyers, qualify their interest, and convert leads into booked appointments for our senior brokers.

This is a high-performance, high-reward role for someone who thrives on targets and wants to build a serious career in Dubai real estate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Handle 50–60 outbound calls per day to fresh and aged leads

* Qualify buyers based on budget, timeline, and investment goals

* Book 15+ meetings per month for the senior sales team

* Follow up consistently on all leads via CRM

* Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates daily

* Attend team briefings and developer product training sessions
