A reputable client in Dubai is seeking Telesales Executives to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for energetic and target-driven professionals with a background in telesales, forex, or the banking industry.

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales through proactive telephone communication. The role demands excellent communication skills in English along with fluency in a South Indian language (Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and promote products and services.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Follow up on leads and manage customer queries in a timely manner.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.

• Stay updated on products, services, and market trends to improve effectiveness.

• Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in telesales, sales, or a related field.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu is required.

• Preferred Background:

  • Experience in the forex market or banking industry is highly advantageous.

  • Background in telesales or face-to-face sales in any industry is acceptable.

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in communication.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a competitive sales environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
