Description:

As the VP, Treasurer, you will report directly to the Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and take charge of our Treasury and Investor Relations functions. This is a senior leadership role at the Vice President level within the Finance Department, offering a unique opportunity to drive financial strategy, manage liquidity, and strengthen relationships with key investors and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Management:

• Lead the organization’s treasury function, ensuring optimal liquidity, effective interest rate control, and policy compliance.
• Negotiate interest rates, secure credit lines, and maintain robust banking relationships.
• Monitor collateral requirements and manage cash flow to minimize risks and optimize working capital.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional financial accreditation (CPA, CFA, ACCA, etc.) is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of treasury and finance experience in the financial services sector.
