Dubai Golf is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house team in Abu Dhabi. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Take and process orders accurately, while offering menu recommendations and answering any questions about food and beverages.
- Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area in line with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the UAE is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
