A leading company in the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry, operating in Sharjah, UAE, is urgently seeking a Warehouse In Charge / Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of products. The role requires a responsible, organized individual who can manage daily warehouse tasks and support the team to maintain smooth logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and arrange goods systematically within the warehouse.

• Prepare and coordinate orders with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch.

• Monitor stock levels regularly and promptly report any shortages or discrepancies.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within the warehouse environment.

• Assist in conducting inventory counts and maintaining accurate daily records.

• Support the overall warehouse operations to optimize productivity and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any discipline.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with various departments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for record keeping and reporting.

• Physically fit and capable of handling boxes and warehouse tasks.

• Prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
