Accountant 

Description:

Vivasvaan Industrial Co. (SP) LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join its team based in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for finance professionals who possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in managing accounting operations within a structured business environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the company’s financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable processes, including reviewing invoices, processing vendor payments, and reconciling supplier statements

• Perform routine reconciliations for bank accounts, cash transactions, and credit card statements

• Record prepayments and track operational expenses accurately within the ERP system

• Handle intercompany transactions and maintain precise general ledger entries

• Support quarterly closing activities and assist in preparing financial reports

• Oversee sales invoicing processes, including issuance of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes

• Maintain proper documentation for purchases and financial transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the UAE

• Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance requirements

• Practical experience with Accounts Payable, reconciliations, and general ledger management

• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with MS Dynamics is an added advantage

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
