Hiring – Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on promoting short-term corporate training programs and building strong relationships with organizations looking to enhance their workforce skills.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, confident in client interactions, and capable of understanding organizational learning needs while offering tailored training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate and short-term training programs
• Generate qualified leads through various sourcing channels
• Meet with HR managers, Learning & Development (L&D) teams, and key decision-makers to assess training requirements
• Present, promote, and customize training solutions based on client needs
• Maintain awareness of current trends in the training and development industry
• Manage multiple client accounts while meeting sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within training, education, or corporate services
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to clearly understand and address organizational L&D requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and events as required

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Valid UAE Driving License
