🎓 Education: B.E. in Electrical Engineering (MBA Preferred)

Are you a dynamic, technically sound, and goal-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in switchgear systems and GCC market exposure?
We're looking for YOU to lead our growth strategy across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman, focusing on LV, MV, HV switchgear and electrical distribution products.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
📈 Market Strategy & Sales Growth
• Drive business development across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Oman
• Target key sectors: Utilities (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA), EPCs, Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial
• Promote LV/MV/HV switchgear, RMU, panel boards, ATS
• Meet and exceed sales targets with a strong project pipeline

🤝 Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, utilities
• Present technical solutions and conduct effective client negotiations
• Represent the company at major industry events: ADIPEC, Middle East Energy, BIG 5

📑 Technical Sales & Tender Management
• Understand standards: IEC, ANSI, BS and propose product solutions accordingly
• Review tenders and prepare competitive technical & commercial bids
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams for custom client solutions

📊 Competitor Analysis & Pricing Strategy
• Track market trends, competitors, and pricing movements in the GCC
• Propose strategic pricing to win projects without compromising profitability

✅ What We’re Looking For:
🔌 Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
📊 5+ years in Switchgear sales & business development in the GCC
📡 Strong network with EPCs, utilities, and industry clients in UAE/GCC
🛠️ Solid understanding of switchgear systems, fault levels, protection systems
🌍 Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
✈️ Willing to travel across GCC for business meetings

🎯 Preferred But Not Mandatory:
🎓 MBA in Sales/Marketing
🧩 Experience with CRM platforms: Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot
⚡ Familiarity with GCC electrical regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SASO, QCS, etc.)
