• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new leads and partnerships.

• Prepare tailored business proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies aligned with client requirements.

• Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor performance.

• Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to boost brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

• 4 to 6 years of professional experience in business development, preferably in the logistics or freight industry.

• Demonstrated success in sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed business targets.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• In-depth understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.

• Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings and industry events when required.
