Description:
As we continue our global growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (Arabic Speaking) to join our commercial team, and play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition.
This is a high-activity, fast-paced environment, which requires high-volume, transactional sales to healthcare professionals across the UAE region. You’ll need to be comfortable maintaining a large number of leads and engaging in frequent outbound touch points to achieve revenue targets.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving revenue, engagement and new customer acquisition through high-volume outreach
- Taking ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, whilst building and maintaining a robust pipeline of individual healthcare professionals
- Exceeding monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs, with the support from your Manager and the wider team
- Researching, preparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Becoming an expert on the Doctify product and a thought leader within the HealthTech field
About You
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
- You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience within sales, within the healthcare industry is desired but not required
- You possess natural communication skills, and you are not afraid of telephone, virtual and in person acquisition; resilience is key!
- You thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring
- You love tackling difficult challenges, with a positive attitude, and always strive to find the best solution
