Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead our business growth initiatives in the HVAC sector. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving long-term success through strategic planning and execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
  • Build and maintain long-term client and consultant relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or HVAC contracting.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Engineering background is a plus).
  • Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
