We're looking for a Dispatcher to help keep our delivery operations running smoothly and efficiently!
🛵 What You’ll Do:
▪️ Coordinate delivery schedules for riders in real-time
▪️ Communicate with customers and delivery personnel to ensure timely service
▪️ Monitor delivery routes and optimize for efficiency
▪️ Handle issues on the ride and keep everything moving
▪️ Track & analyze delivery metrics such as order cycle time, on time delivery % & rider performance.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
▪️ Experience working in a similar environment
▪️ Excellent communication & multitasking skills
▪️ Familiarity with dispatch software or GPS routing tools a plus
