Site Logistic Coordinator

Description:

Ferropan Gulf Oilfield Services & Supplies LLC is seeking an experienced Site Logistic Coordinator to join its operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in site logistics, HSE, road safety, and traffic management within the UAE oil and gas sector.

The selected candidate will oversee daily site logistics, ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, coordinate with project teams and contractors, and support safe and efficient site operations. Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site logistics, transportation, and vehicle movements.

• Ensure compliance with HSE, Road Safety, and Traffic Management regulations.

• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate reports and documentation.

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support site activities.

• Monitor logistics operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely material movement.

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with ADNOC procedures and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Site Logistic Coordinator.

• Valid UAE Driving License (minimum 3 years).

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Experience in HSE, Road Safety, and Traffic Management.

• Hands-on experience with site inspections and documentation.

• Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong knowledge of:
