Transport Coordinator

Description:

Penta Global is actively looking for a skilled Transport Coordinator to oversee and manage transportation operations within its Abu Dhabi project sites. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Oil & Gas projects and a strong ability to handle large-scale vehicle and driver coordination efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate a fleet of over 100 vehicles, including buses, coasters, and cars.
• Supervise and schedule drivers to ensure smooth daily operations and on-time performance.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs, records, and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC safety and transport standards.
• Monitor vehicle performance using IVMS tracking systems.
• Utilize ERP systems and MS Office tools to track and optimize fleet operations.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure effective logistical support for ongoing projects.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on Oil & Gas projects.
✅ Proven ability to manage a fleet exceeding 100+ vehicles and multiple drivers.
✅ Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
✅ Solid understanding of IVMS tracker systems.
