Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing tech software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping, overseeing financial operations, handling audit requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely tax declarations to support the company’s financial integrity and compliance.

 

Reporting & Compliance:

▪ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and investors.

▪ Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.

▪ Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Cash Flow & Cost Management:

▪ Oversee cash flow forecasting, accounts receivable/payable, and treasury functions.

▪ Monitor operational spend across departments and implement cost optimization measures.

Revenue & Billing Oversight:

▪ Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with ASC 606/IFRS 15 standards.

▪ Collaborate with sales and legal on contract reviews and billing cycle improvements.

Bookkeeping:

▪ Record AP invoices with proper expense classification and accurate account mapping.

▪ Issue AR invoices promptly and follow up on collections, ensuring accurate account allocation.

▪ Oversee month-end closing, ensuring accurate transaction recording.

Systems & Process Improvement:

▪ Manage financial systems and tools, driving automation and data integrity.

▪ Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and reporting accuracy.

 

Requirements:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CMA/IFRS is a plus).

▪ Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or startup environments.

▪ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

▪ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
