Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Executive to manage our procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background and experience in manufacturing industries in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and prices
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze market trends, prices, and supply chain risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement alignment with business needs
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing industry in the UAE
• Proven track record of successful procurement experience, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office and procurement software
